Squid with Moroccan Seasoning Spice
Moroccan Seasoning Spice is a complement to our Sicilian Seasoning Spice. It differs from the Sicilian in that Sicilian is used to season and salt a dish, whereas the Moroccan is a refined final touch of flavor whose nuances make a dish more charming at the end. Use it delicately and selectively. Siciian is elemental, while Moroccan is ethereal.
