Universal Chili Paste
I keep a jar of homemade chili paste in my fridge at all times, for easy use when I’m in need for a quick lift to my dinner. I smear it on my piece of fish, chicken breast, pork chop, any vegetable but especially fried potatoes. Before searing and even after, just for a little flavor insurance. It’s slightly salty, so I’m careful with my seasoning, but don’t worry too much about it. It’s a great thing
