I hear the grand old fish market in the Old City is not what it once was, but it’s worth at least a quick tourist stop.

I’m curious about Toto, which I’ve never visited, the kitchen of which was opened by a couple of young Berkeley chefs
who I advised (at a distance) on the project. They’re no longer there, but as I said, I’m curious. It’s owned by a passionate,
crazy Israeli woman I knew in NYC. Her baker, Kamel Saci, was the baker at il Buco Alimentari e Vineria
